Needed a way for my mom to watch streaming channels.. she has an older smart tv.. but couldnt get all the newer channels. The roku works perfect!

This is my second roku device and I like this version more. It can control volume and turn on the TV. The voice control is fun to use also. I definitely recommend.

Switched from firestick to roku and so far it's much better , and less glitchy than firestick. I missed half a football game with firestick due to mandatory download junk. This has been so much smoother and less frustrating than all the firesticks I had

Big fan of the Roku. Easy to use, the receiver lasts, and usually only update when a sale happens. We've gradually replaced them over a period of years, so nothing is too far out of date. Each model seems to last 3-4 years, so replace as they become obsolete. Have also given several as gifts.

I like this unit a lot. $39.99 is a fair price to pay for a steaming service. The content is clear and the apps are easy to use. Set up was quite easy. I would definitely buy this again for other tv's.

Great little streaming device for a great price. Works well and allow quality streaming with little to any buffering. Huge selection of apps and easy to use and navigate and eliminates the need for a stand alone tv remote

Good product easy set up. One issue is adding local news station app. The device doesn't pick up the free streaming app.

This product worked as it should. The setup was easy and quick. We were able to connect to our Roku account and wifi with no issues.

Received it the same day that I ordered it online. Very easy to set up and get started, even for this 70 year old female. I sure with I would have ordered this a lot sooner. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to cut the high cost of cable.

I bought this for my son and he prefers this for his streaming versus watching TV and that saves money for a cable box no longer needed.

The Roku remote came in handy, being a gift for my mother, who isn’t the best with all the new technology. It was very easy for her to start using on her own.

So easy to setup and use. I am just happy that it works as intended. On the verge of adding another and getting rid of the firestick which keeps dropping connection.

Easy way to make an older TV into a smart TV. Easy to set up and easy to add appts on home page. Price is good and save $$ on cable.

Would not work as the independent controller for television set with sound system but works for guest room television use. Works perfectly on an older model smart set and only needs Roku control for power, sound, and changing stations or apps.

This the second Roku of this model I’ve purchased and I also have several of the more expensive Roku steaming stick. I would recommend this I’ve the cheapest model because it comes with a remote that has basic tv controls, on/off and volume. Super simple to setup and works great.

Bought on sale. Tried Fire Stick but WiFi connection was weak and problematic. Really prefer the ROKU system after experience with Fire and Google/Android streaming systems. Very pleased with the purchase.
