One had to be exchanged because it would not work, but we are happy with the product. So many choices (we only use the free ones) this product is better than we could have anticipated.

Posted .Hi Carla, thank you for your feedback and for sharing your thoughts. What version of the OS is your device running? If you turn the TV off while the Roku is streaming, the Roku does not automatically stop. The streaming content can turn your TV back on (it's something that can happen via the CEC protocol). So, by always going to the home screen, you stop any streaming, and the Roku won't send a signal to the TV to power back on. You can also try to update the software by going to Settings > System > Software update. Can even search for actors. Cons: - Setup was a pain. Took over an hour. Possibly from temporary technical issues with their site. - Using remote app on multiple phones logs you out of channels that you’ve already saved the password for. Overall, this is a great device, and I’ll be buying one for both parents.
