I think this is top notch when it comes to streaming.It didn't take long to set it up and when i did i have to say it's amazing in how easy it was to operate . you can't go wrong in buying this.

I replaced my older. Roku was very simple to use hooked up very quickly. Love, Roku as streaming. Simple to use. Love the YouTube videos I get on it as well as other streaming.

Bought this to replace my girlfriend's old Roku, which was horribly slow to load apps and had bad input lag when pressing buttons, sometimes as much as 3 or 4 seconds before it responded to a button press. This new one is so much better. Apps load quickly and responses to button presses are immediate. I do occasionally get double presses when I hit pause (pauses and then plays after only one button press), but It happens rarely enough that it doesn't bother me. I also love the fact that this new remote has voice controls (though it'd be nice if it could do a search in whatever app I happen to be using rather than exiting to the main menu to see the results) and can control the basic functions of my TV. It's so nice not to need an extra remote just to turn on the TV or adjust the volume. Overall, I can't believe how well this Roku runs, considering how small and inexpensive it is. Very impressed.

I like it, however adjusting the TV a volume is tricky. I don’t have that problem on the iPad, only the TV. Hard to say what’s really happening, but the soundtrack on one show is so loud, I can’t hear them talking. Roku support has been good, the picture is clear and the reception is steady. When there’s a glitch, I have to reset the device with Roku’s help, still I’m getting tired on contacting them and spending the time working through a glitch. Set up is a breeze, no need to read instructions, but using it is another issue. Some times, I don’t have access to a channel that I should. It’s really frustrating. The layout isn’t as intuitive as it could be, either. I go back and forth looking for the same show with all the episodes. Most products this old aren’t this buggy. Now, I mainly use the app and watch on my iPad. Too much of a hassle otherwise.

Super easy to set up, streams smoothly in 4K, and includes everything you need—including an HDMI cable. The voice remote with TV controls is a nice bonus. Excellent value for the price!

I've had other Rokus before so I'm no stranger to the UI and ease of use. It is very easy to set up and has many customizable features as compared to other entertainment streaming devices. Apps galore and you can choose to use the physical remote or download the app on your iOS or android device.

I bought this to replace my old firestick. It works great! I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It comes with HDMI cable, a big plus. I would highly recommend.

I used this Roku to control an older Samsung smart TV that doesn't have all the current APPs available but the TV still has a nice picture. Roku menu is great, easy to use and has some free channels. This Roku is one level up from their bottom model, this one allows you to control TV volume with the Roku remote.... so you just need the Roku remote for most things except TV settings. Rokus menu set up rivals the built in ones from LG and Samsung.

Roku is the flagship of streaming devices, this is the 5th Roku (4th with 4K) streaming device I have purchased and I have been nothing but extremely happy with all of them, I would only buy Roku products for streaming.

If you don't own a smart tv than the Roku 4k+ is a great alternative for your HDTV. It is simple to set up virtually plug and play. With an endless avenues of streaming preference. If you are tired of those costly cable and satellite bills, rental of their equipment then it's time to take the leap and go streaming. Saving you $$$ each month. You must have ISP that can support the speed needed to stream if you do then the Roku is for you. Never so happy than cutting the cord and saving money...

So I've been using Roku devices going back a few generations and they've always just worked. I still have the older 1080p usb thumbstick type that you would need to plug into an available hdmi on your tv along with usb port for power on the tv. Overall they are reliable, I did have one of my units which the remote eventually stopped working. It was maybe a year old at the time. This 4k version actually plugs into your hdmi like the thumb-stick style but in this package you get a short usb wire with a power plug in-case you don't have an available usb port on your monitor or tv for power, so that's nice. 4k quality seems good, I mainly stream Youtube so I guess for that content it does well. Obviously you need this plugged into a 4k tv or in my case a 4k pc monitor like i do to take advantage of this feature. Voice control works no problems when searching for a video, this is built into the remote and I'm pretty sure it can be disabled if your concerned about privacy. The unit seems to stay warm to the touch, not sure if thats to be expected but i did notice a day or two after having this that it felt kind of hot when i moved it on my desk. It also seems to just stay powered on, doesn't go into standby, but that might be because I used the power adapter and not the monitor for power. This hasn't caused any performance problem, just something i noticed. If you've never tried a Roku, give it a go. They are easy to get going, they include everything you'll need in the box including the batteries for the remote.

I bought this device to enable streaming so I could eliminate cable. A local communications company was providing our cable and internet - and the bill just kept going higher. I wasn't putting up with it any longer. I was fortunate enough to catch the Roku on sale at Best Buy. It was easy to set up and easy to use. I was concerned my significant other wouldn't like it, but he loves it. While there is a lot of free content you can watch, I do pay for monthly streaming service to get the sports and outdoor channels he apparently cannot live without - and I'm still spending less than I did on cable (not to mention the additional money I saved by switching Internet providers as well). You won't regret buying the Roku!

I had Roku for years, and then we received a gift with an Echo show and tried to switch to everything Alexa, including Fire Sticks. We had a 4k fire stick and the audio and video sync would mess up, literally every time we would try to watch something. It required a restart at least once or twice a day. This was frustrating when trying to enjoy a show or movie. Fast forward a couple months when I get this Roku. I have never had any issues with the Audio and Video becoming out of sync. The user interface is nice (not as nice as Alexa, but still nice). You can use the voice remote to open apps and to go to specific channels. Even if you have a smart tv that has apps that you can download, I highly recommend a Roku over the TV apps. The performance and quality will be better.

The Roku Express 4K+ is easy to set up and use. It allows me to stream Netflix, Max, Spectrum, and other streaming services. I needed the Roku device because my Netflix, Max, and Spectrum stopped being compatible with my 75" 4K TVs that I bought in 2015...the TVs were still good, they just didn't run the streaming services. The Roku device was exactly what I needed to keep watching Netflix, Max, and Spectrum on my older 75" 4K TVs. The Roku device works great. I highly recommend it.

This was most definitely an upgrade for my older model tv in the guest room. There are plenty of streaming services that you can buy and free. It was easy to set up. The remote is very simple to use. Im very happy with this purchase.

I bought this Roku Express 4K+ to replace my old Roku which was hard wired to my router. This model is compact and very easy to setup. So far I have been extremely pleased with its performance. I like the tv volume control on the remote.
