Only fault is Roku seem to have only a 5 to 6 year life. Also need more options to add or replace favorites.

Used with an Insignia TV that came with FireTV built in. Original FireTV system was horrendously slow. This has brought new life to an perfectly good TV. Prefer Roku over the other options. Only complaint is that the front LED is bright and will light up a room at night.

Fortunately the tvs work perfectly fine with the Rokus and didn’t have many issues. Every now and then the internet would get disconnected but other than that it brought out TVs back to life. Definitely saves you money instead of having to go buy a whole new tv.

Express 4K Roku

The store rep said this is normal because of the active streaming. Not sure that I would recommend to a friend. The device remote is a pain to use, it is too small.

As a reminder, you may want to try finding a cooler location for your Roku player. For example, avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight, or inside a cabinet (or other closed space). Similarly, avoid placing the unit on top of other electronic devices such as cable boxes, routers, or audio/video receivers, as these also tend to emit heat.
