    I prefer the Roku over the Fire Stick. I've owned two Fire Sticks and they both started malfunctioning after about a year. I had one Roku for 2 years and it worked with no issues.

    I bought this unit to replace a defective Roku express unit. It's worked fine in the first week. My advice for streaming devices would be to get a service policy that allows for replacement in case of malfunction.

    It actually works really well, I have had to unplug it and plug it back in a couple of times due to a black screen (but I did have sound). Not completely sure it was a Roku issue. It has a really small box so not in the way, can access all the channels you want.

    Great service! I returned a Roku and took home a antenna for my digital converter. The salesman told me if the Roku did'nt work return it. The antenna works fine, good job Best Buy.

    Priced better than Amazon. I love the updated RuKu because it has the Xfinity app so you can use the app and return those boxes back and save on the monthly fees cable charges.
