Had issue with one of the Roku remote buttons "sticking" Contacted Roku and they sent me a replacement. So far very pleased with the product.

When I first cut the cord I used an Amazon fire stick. I decided to up grade & chose to go with a Roku. I like the layout of the Roku & the processing speed seems to be faster than the fire stick. After using the 2 products I would chose the Roku over the fire stick.

We needed a lowcost way to stream Comcast on our TV and this Roku does exactly that. Content looks great and theres plenty of apps to chose from.

We like the Roku with the exception of the volume button being in the wrong area and the buttons have a tendency to stick making it hard to change channels.

I went to Best Buy on Skibo to buy a Roku device. talked to a employee and got the advice I needed to make a good decision. It was a good experience.

Perfect! The first one I got, did not work, so I went back to the store, and voilà! No problem to change it for a new one.

Great Roku device works on both HD and UHD TV's. Makes a TV a smart device.

I bought multiple Rokus and this model has worked as advertised and intended. There are times I find it sluggish, usually when first turning it on/off, but otherwise it seems to be effective.

Works like a roku, but the sound button will not work with receivers

Works great, I like the AirPlay option as it allows me to cast from my iPad.

this is the only way to get a TV on the Spectrum network without renting a box for $13.00 per month

Suggest everyone consider implementing Roku. This can save costs.

Only complaint I have is the Voice remote is basically useless. Always thinking and I've yet been successful at getting it to put on channel being asked

Works fine, purchased to just to use the Spectrum app so I wouldn't have to rent a box for $ 8.00 per month, It pays for itself in 4 months. Sometimes if I set the TV to turn off with a timer the next day the picture size is not correct, fixed by rebooting the TV and Roku.

I really liked it, it has all the applications, I recommend it

found it to be a little difficult to set up, but did get it done eventually.

This model with volume and mute moved to the side is the most convenient arrangement of controls in the versions I've owned. The only negative is the direct to streaming app buttons are dated, poor choices and we never use any them.
