    I do like this product. However I did need to return the first one I bough, it would drop the WIFI signal. But once we swapped it for a different one I haven't had any problems. It is great to not have the Cable/direct TV bill every month.

    I was completely fed up with Dish Network and bought this unit from Roku. All I can say is it blows satellite tv out of the water.

    The Roku streaming service works great, however this remote is just average; the quality of the hardware is poor. I replaced an identical model that I had used for 2 years with this one and it still frequently fails to work. I have to re-insert the batteries or even change the batteries to get it working again. Old one had the same problem! Hardware needs improvement.
