    Let me explain here... I bought Roku for my mom and it just stopped working, so i got her another one thinking i could get my money back for the one that stopped working. Best Buy said we had to contact Roku, so we went online and followed their instructions. When we put in the bar code, it didn’t exist...my wife kept trying to follow their instructions but this mystery Roku did not exist to Roku The second Roku works fine!

    The product itself has been working fine. The streamlined remote however sacrifices a bit in the UE, No lights, and little texture to discern different buttons in low light settings.

    My old Roku met its end of life for support, so I purchased this one. Works fine and was easy to set up. Lets me access all the apps I need on my television.
