Honestly I picked this one because it was the only one in stock in my store, but turns out I like it. It's very responsive and even comes with command strips to affix it to the back of the tv if desired. I chose not to do that but it's a nice option.

Why Can't Roku Fix The Issue already?

Now I have to reset this Roku device because of an error that pops up regarding HDCP Error. I've gone through all the steps to fix the error but it doesn't work. I've researched it and it appears to be an issue that Roku is aware of but has failed to fix with an update. I would not recommend buying this product.

Then the down button stopped working and I could not scroll through content. Customer service on Roku was not helpful, 2 hours texting with three agents were not able to resolve issue. Each one had me reset device, change batteries, etc. Waste of time. Now cannot stream any content.

It will not play nice with my TV'S HDR. I'm not getting what I paid for. I'm very tech savvy and I've tried everything. I don't blame Best Buy,y other Roku I had plugged into the same TV had HDR issues but I was able to fix that. Not sure what the problem is. I turned up the jutter on the TV and that fixed it but it looks like garbage when the picture moves really fast.
