What customer service?

My last two significant purchases have been a complete debacle. This order, 5 tvs and 5 wall mounts was ordered 3 weeks before the appointment. Because the last delivery on our last order in March went do poorly, I was determined to make sure things would turn out differently. I called customer service several times prior to, including the night before, ensuring they had the tvs and wall mounts and were going to deliver in the time slot they said they had. 10 am to 2 pm. Morning of the appointed time slot 10:20. I received a call from the driver saying the appointment wasn’t setup correctly so he may not be able to do the installation. I asked if he had the products. He confirmed that he did and said he would call me later to give a more definitive delivery time. At 1:40 I get an automated text saying my appointment was canceled. I called customer service and they said all they could do is setup a new delivery date 2 weeks further out on a day I wouldn’t be available. I live 3 hrs from the delivery location. You can’t get a phone number for the local store which is ridiculous. So frustrating and it is upsetting enough ti find another electronics store to do business.
