I have made a large purchase of 2 of the same item, and talked with a supervisor because of the problems I have had with the Geek Squad personnel based out of Fort Smith, AR, and it NEVER fails. They always call me 7 days ahead of the scheduled appointment, when I have been upfront about the installation from the beginning, to give me some lame excuse for why they won't follow through on the appointment. When I tell them I have spoken to a supervisor they tell me they have spoken to their supervisor who has told them that my Total Tech membership is attached to one address, not to my person. So the Fort Smith Geek Squad are telling me I can't buy a product, and have it installed at a specific address unless it's my home address. So they are saying that I should have to buy a Total Tech Membership to every address that I would want to make a purchase for. So I can't buy any gifts for my parents to have installed without having to pay an extra fee. So Best Buy Geek Squad is telling me how my money can be spent, and how I can access my Total Tech Membership. They want me to buy it, but they don't want me to use it.

After the money you spend don’t think they should charge for outside Tulsa 40 min. But I got it.

Nice benefit of Total Tech membership. Also saves a trip to the store if you are unable to travel.

The lady could not have been nicer, but I was shocked when she told me how much it would cost.

Couldn’t tell you if these are great or not because they are still sitting in their boxes. I was promised installation with delivery, but the guy who sold them to me didn’t put it on there. Called their customer service people and it took her an hour to tell me I needed to call back in 48 hours. I’m beyond upset.

I was not called with the promised 2 hour delivery window, the geek squad was calling a disconnected number, when the order had my mobile and email. The sales person said they would call that number. I got stuck in traffic and was a few minutes late getting there and the techs had already left. I missed them by 5 minutes after driving an hour and a half to meet them. I canceled the order. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer fo 30+ years and spent 500.00 dollors during this purchase. My wife said, "I told you to order from Amazon." I guess she was correct.

The dishwasher was wonderful but the delivery and instsllation not so much! They broght dishwasher and wouldnt hopkup because we needed a different valve which we were unaware of then 2nd date they were scheduled to come out they canceled because i didn't answer phone although i did listen to message and called back within an hour! Had to schedule a third day for haul off we lost $1300 in wages abd still did not get dishwasher installed my husband ended up installing his self!!!

I thought the delivery people would at least put thos oven inside my house and not leave it in my driveway outside.
