    The sales person signed us up for deliver & installation. They deliver a few hours late but the install wasn't on their ticket. The deliver guys were nice at least

    We ordered aSamsung washer and dryer on Black Friday which couldn’t be delivered until December 31. They came and washer was damaged waited another 2 weeks and more calls to get it replaced ,installed washer well not all the way I had to hook up waste water hose after they left. Called 10 times couldn’t speak to a real person and when you did nobody knew anything. Very frustrating to say the least. Finally got a number and was told they would come the following tues yup no show called back said the next Tuesday and I would get a call. Never called but showed up and finally got my dryer installed after sitting in my garage for 4 weeks. Never again I sure hope we don’t need service under warranty because I’m positive it will be just as a much a headach as it was getting it!

    Delivery kinda wasn't satisfied at first they told us it would be here on a date and it never got delivered it was som kinda mis communication but we talked to the manager and he made up for it gave us a discount was satisfied

    I was supposed to have received this service, but somehow Best Buy got it screwed up and attempted to do a drop off only for my TV. They had to return my TV and reschedule my install. I have been waiting well over 3 weeks for delivery and install of my New TV.

    It was a nightmare with my purchases. I spent hours and hours on the phone complaining to Best Buy trying to remedy the situation, and Best Buy has not yet yet remedy the situation it has been a total nightmare.

    not very happy, had my appointment set then got changed on me only to find out they make a 45-50 mile trip just to bring my pastels for my washer and drier that was 1st set appointment was also to be installed why drive that far when it would have took 15-20 min to place it under the appliance will say the driver was very nice

    When I purchased products from Best Buy, they were right on the shelf. On my first delivery date the total tech called and said that the products were no in stock. Best Buy said I could not take the product, that I purchased, home. They said that the total tech will bring it with them on the install date.

    stay away, delivery guys scratched the door, had to call for replacement, replacement doors were installed crooked and freezer door is dented, bestbuy says call frigidaire, and they say i have to buy new door

    They denied delivery of our item twice because of a minimal amount of snow on our driveway and said they came a third but were never here. Don’t get delivery from them, we ended up cancelling our order.

    I purchase my on Feb 10th and we are now April 5th and no TV and I paid for the TV in full
