Best Buys page clearly states 16gb micro sd card included. there is no micro sd card included in the package. This is going back asap due to lack of advertised 16 gb micro sd card. Very hard to review when what is advertised on the web site is not in the package.

I participated in a market research study and received an Indoor Camera: Mini Plus to evaluate. Setup: The Mini Plus was very easy to setup. It came with very clear instructions on how to set the camera up and connect it to the internet. It came with all the parts needed to mount the camera. Loved that it attached magnetically to things and came with a metal ring to attach to the wall or other area to facilitate this, or could just be sat down on a flat surface. Comes with a nice long cord. The app downloaded quickly and easily to my phone. It was very simple to connect the camera to the app via my phone. Picture and Sound Quality: It has a very clear picture and a fairly large visual field. Really gave good clear detailed images. Great night vision and motion detection. If nothing was moving in the room then it would not record anything which was great! That way it was not taking up storage space on the SD card. The sound quality is good as well. I liked that I could record video or take pictures, in real time from the app, as long as I had a Micro SD card inserted into the camera, and that I could review the camera. I could scroll back through and watch it in the past. Problems:The feature where you are able to turn the Mic on and communicate with someone from your phone to the camera was not so good. Neither my husband or my daughter could understand what I was saying, when I was at work, but they could here me if I was in the house in a different room. I would definitely recommend this Indoor video camera. I was able to see what my kid and my cats get up too when not at home.

I received a free sample of the Ezviz Mini Plus to provide an honest review. I like this camera, setup was very easy with using the app on my smartphone. They have a QR code on the device that you scan to make setup a breeze. The image quality is excellent and provides a pretty wide view angle. I like the memory card feature for on board recording. There is also the option to subscribe to cloud recording which secures your recordings off site in case of fire or theft. The cost seems very reasonable and is much cheaper than most home security systems. Mounting is super simple with the built in magnet, it does come with a metal bracket which can be screwed or fixed with included adhesive discs. The cord is long providing good flexibility in where it can be mounted. The camera is small and discrete, the status lights can be turned of to avoid bringing attention to it in the result of an intruder. Additional camera can be added to the app to build the home monitoring system you need. I do own another brand of Home monitoring cameras, and these hold up very well. They are great as a baby or pet monitor, but the motion alerts and cloud recording make them great for home security too. I would recommend this camera which provides excellent value for money, great for home security/monitoring on a budget.

I have this camera set up in the living room where my two fur babies usually hangout and it’s perfect. Good color and resolution.

I received a free sample of the Mini Plus camera to review, and I absolutely loved it! First, I loved the sleek design. It looks very nice, and the black color allows it to become inconspicuous. It came fully assembled in the box. The size and shape fit perfectly into my hand for easy handling. The power cord port is in a good place that makes it easy to connect. I do like the longer cord, which gives you more options on placement because it does have to be plugged in to work. It is not battery powered. Installation: The directions are a Quick Start Guide that are very easy to understand and easy to visually follow. The layout was great. Each step title was in bold, and then they used lines to separate between each step which made it not only visually appealing but easy to follow along. There are also pictures which helped me to confirm that I was on the right track. I absolutely loved that I could use QR code to setup the camera. It was very convenient and easy. It did take awhile for the QR code to actually scan. Camera use: I wish there was a quick start guide for basic use that would explain some of the different symbols in the app. The app is very nice, and it just takes a little time to figure everything out. I should mention that the quick start guide does explain how to use Live View and Playback video, which are the features I mainly used. On playback, there is a bar that shows up that you can manually move, but one little sliver of color (which means there was action), can contain a lot of information so it is really difficult to navigate it that way if you are looking for anything specific. I do wish there was a way to delete footage. I was unable to find out how to do that, if that was even an option. I did have the audio on for awhile, but if I was too close the feedback was awful so I actually turned it off. The picture quality was very clear. Overall, I really loved this camera, particularly its ease of use and convenience!

I received this camera in exchange for my honest review. with that being said, this camera was a GREAT item and came at the perfect time. The family had been wanting an indoor camera for a while and we were looking at different models/brands. This camera is very `cute` and isn`t intrusive to the home décor. Set up was a BREEZE! Downloading the app was a breeze! Mounting this camera in the home was a BREEZE! Why? The camera did not have to be hard wired/screwed. It came with a sticky wall mount thing and it has a magnet that adheres to the device. The picture/video quality is VERY impressive. It is crisp and clear. The night vision also surpassed our expectations. The instructions on how to set up and download the app are very intuitive. It did not take us more than 7 minutes. The only thing I would change about this camera is the fact that it needs to be plugged in at all times to function. But this is a small price to pay since no hard-wiring needs to happen. Luckily, the position of the camera is in a place where we have a wall outlet. The power-cord is about 5 feet long. I am very pleased with this product. So glad we have it!

I received this camera in exchange for my honest feedback. I have used the EZVIZ mini plus for 2 weeks. The product came in is small box that was well packaged. Very easy to set-up using the enclosed directions. The camera is black and about 3 inches tall. I set-it up in my family room near the TV and it blends right in. It was very easy to set-up. The camera comes with a quick start guide that includes 6 steps to set-up. You download the mobile app, plug in the camera, scan the QR code on the quick start guide, then connect to network. Takes about 5 minutes. You can then view the live video feed on your phone. Good picture with 1080p definition and a nice wide angle. My camera came with a mini SD card so I can watch video replay which is a nice option. A cloud service is also available. The camera can be mounted (comes with hardware) but I like to be able to move it. The only thing not great about the camera is the sound. While it has sound, it is delayed so hard to hear and understand, plus you hear a lot of background noise. My favorite part of the camera is the quick set-up and now being able to view my house when not at home.

My camera did not come with a memory chip . other wise works ok.

I received a returned product which I didn’t even realized was already used until I tried to set it up and it wouldn’t work. I purchased 2 so the second one I could set up with no problem however I didn’t really like the functionality of the product.

Packaging and Setup: I participated in a market research study and received this product to evaluate. The packaging is minimal which is nice and the startup instruction book is right on top. It took me only about 5-10 minutes to connect the camera to where I could see the picture. All you have to do is download the EZVIZ app, I used the Android version, follow the few instructions and you’ll be connected within minutes. Super easy! This camera does need to be plugged into a power supply to function though. Camera: This little guy is so cute. It fits in the palm of my hand and you can really position it anywhere. It even has a built in magnet in it so you can pop it on a refrigerator if you wanted too. One great feature is that it has a two way audio feature so you can talk into your phone and whoever is by the camera can hear you. The picture is crystal clear 1080p HD and looks great on my phone, plus it has a wide angle lens so you see the majority of whatever room its in. You can pay for cloud storage or use a memory card. The camera will alert you when it senses movement and save it to the memory card, or you can live stream directly from the app. The great thing about these cameras too is that you can add more than one camera to the app and then view them all at the same time. So in case you need to have more than one camera in your house or use their outdoor one, this is handy. Overall: I have used the camera for about a week now and I’m impressed. The connection has been solid, no problems thus far and the app is really easy to navigate. I had never heard of this brand, but it has definitely been reliable and performed well.
