PORTS TO BE TRIGGERED

At times the recordings are not smooth, jumpy, pausing, etc. I'd like to know how can Netgear trigger ports 80 & 554 on my router? Ezviz is dreaming. I have a Defender camera and guess what, no problems. Ezviz reply to my problems: >> 2.4Ghz Wi-fi Channel Bandwidth - 20MHZ >> 2.4Ghz WiFi Mode - 802.11 B,G or B/G >> Firewall Settings - Low >> Ports to Be Triggered - 80 & 554

User Unfriendly

Not sure what the problem is, their directions are poorly written as are the error messages. Have never had an issue connecting a device to my network until now.

Internet Only Camera

Not Ideal for home security if you want a camera that can be used on an in-house Network.

Replay very slow

Good for a Minute!

I was in my study one evening and the security camera was on downstairs. All of a sudden, coming over my computer was a warning of someone trying to tap into my camera downstairs. That was unacceptable. I took it back to Best Buy.

EZVIZ cameras are configured to record motion events automatically when you have an SD card installed or subscribe for the cloud service. You do not have to keep the app open to use the device.
