As many people have said, the "EZ" part is completely misleading. It's NOT easy to setup and after an hour of trying I'm ready to send it back. Stay AWAY from this camera.

Bought this as a Black Friday item. The set up took a couple,of minutes, it wouldn't find my wifi. If you unplug the device to place in a different location the device goes offline and you have to go through theset up process again. Mine never connected again to my network and when I unplugged the USB cable from the device the cable connector broke. You know Best Buy will not exchange this now. DO NOT BUY. Just worked for two minutes.

Don't waste your time or money on this useless piece of plastic in a box! IT SIMPLY WILL NOT CONNECT TO YOUR WiFi, by either of the two means listed! I searched to read the reviews on this and every negative review says the same thing! Simply DOES NOT CONNECT to your WiFi! I immediately took it back for a refund. I didn't expect a high end product for the low retail price on it, but did have minimum expectations it would at least WORK! 2 hours of my life I won't get back trying to get this camera to simply connect which should literally take only a couple seconds!

EZVIZ won't tell you this and it doesn't disclose it in marketing materials. If you buy this product used, it is worthless. The camera works only if it is registered. If the camera has already been registered, it cannot be registered again and the camera cannot be used. The original registration cannot be removed and the company will not remove it, even with proof of purchase.

Also after reviewing your case, we discovered that you submitted a letter-headed note with your name and a signature as the proof of purchase as opposed a valid proof of purchase that has more details like the order date, full shipping address, etc.
