    This is a very good camera, medium to easy difficulty to setup. But it does not disconnect or go offline like others I've own. The resolution is not fabulous but is ok just to watch the kids in living room

    Ad said that it's for indoor use. I installed it outdoor in the front but covered porch where it cant be directly hit buy sunlight or rain. And is still working good after 2 years

    I read the reviews and most of them were good, some of the bad ones said that the camera had trouble connecting to the wifi! I was hoping not to be one of those persons but I was!! I tried everything and it would not connect.

    Not such a good experience for me. Could not get it to connect to my Wifi and phone so will be returning to the store.

    I need a simple indoor security cam to monitor my kitchen area. My wife is handicapped and some of her health care attendants have sticky fingers so we wanted this to keep tabs on them when my wife is not in the room with them. This cam would not connect to my network at all.. Tried for hours over and over.My network uses smart connect allowing for 2.4 and 5ghz connections.. So this should not have been an issue. Could not upgrade firmware because could not get it online.. This item is definitely going back!

    This little camera was perfect for what I needed; unfortunately, I could never get it to connect to my WiFi. Support was great; they tried to get it hooked up the hot spot on spouses phone, but I couldn’t get it hooked that way either. I cannot mess with it sny more. Although I’m saying I wouldn’t recommend it, someone should try it & see if it works with their WiFi.

    They are good for viewing on real time but they are not good for recording, they never save the files

    I spent at least 4 hours trying to get this to work. I am quite tech savvy, but even resorted to calling EZVIZ, but no solution found. Only thing that I can think of is that you must purchase their cloud based storage or insert a card in the camera for recording. But I did not read this anywhere. Quite disappointed but glad I'd bought a Samsung camera elsewhere just in case. Will work on getting that going, but Costco will help if I cannot. I did a chat with BestBuy, but was told it would cost me more to get their help with setup. Live and learn.
