The camera feed kept freezing and the 2-way audio doesn't work very well. At first, I thought I didn't have it setup right, but it turned out the volume on the camera is extremely low (I had the speaker side right against my ear to hear something). The instruction didn't say how you can adjust the volume. I did some quick google searches and didn't see anything either, so this is in my return pile now.

I tried for hours, it's not like i gave up right away.. I might not be a total techie geek but i know my way around enough to accomplish this minor task. Finally returned it and my next selection connected immediately.

Tech help is non existent...and youtube videos on the product were useless. I finally just had to return to product back to Best Buy.
