This camera is not a WIre-free camera, for this camera to function properly, this device has to be connected to a reliable power source using the power adapter included in the kit and linked to your 2.4Ghz Wifi network using the EZVIZ mobile app.

Bad company, please stay away from EZVIZ. Company will not stand by their products or warranty. Provides standard response "We are unable to replace as we no longer manufacture that model number" I suggest to go with a reputable company.
