I like the resolution, and the fact that the camera follows you while on call session. I only wish it could communicate with my other smart devices at home. Overall a good device to make calls and also good to be used as digital photo frame.

this an awesome product. I keep in contact with my family all the time. the only thing I can't figure out is when you closed the camera lenses the pictures stop displaying, lenses has to be uncovered to show pictures

This was the best gift I could have ever purchased for my grandson in another state. He calls me all the time we watch programs together, we play games. He loves it & has fun changing the different screens.

The item is great, I bought 1 and my sister bought one for my mom but the only issue is to connect the device could not connect this to WiFii no matter what I did the calls I made it would not work, I had to return it

Love the way it zooms in and out to allow for others to be part of the call. Grand kids don't stand still and carrying Mom's phone can make for a dizzy experience. This is perfect for us to keep in touch

This is such an awesome device to keep in touch with loved ones! My parents are not the best when it comes to technology, but this is simple to set up and easy enough to call and receive video calls!

As a photographer I love being able to put my photos on here as a photo frame. Easy enough for my kids to call their grandparents any time they want. My 3 year old daughter loves doing the fun augmented reality apps.

My girlfriend stays on it calling her family. She just figured the picture frame aspect of it the other day. The lack of apps is crazy but I get understand it. She is usually making calls or using Spotify with the Portal.

we absolutely love our portal! we bought a few for our family and friends during lockdown so we could all hangout and still feel like we were around together. it feels like you're almost sitting in the same room.

Just was not what I expected. Returned the Portal. I think the large screen TV Portal might be a better option for "fixed location" I didn't like the fact that it did not have a battery option so I could take it to other rooms or outside without plugging in. It was more difficult to setup than expected. I did not see much benefit over using my laptop or ipad to be honest. Might be good for some, just not portable or intuitive enough for me,

love it! I bought this as a additional portal for my sewing room. I have a portal TV and a portal plus! Fantastic. Can keep in touch with everyone who has facebook and or whats app

I got it as a gift for my wife. She is very pleased with it. The only issue is that it takes a while to figure out all of the extra things it can do. The good news is that it can do a lot of extra things.

It does just what was intended. I purchased two so my daughter and her grandmother could have cooking and baking lessons from their kitchens while avoiding contact in the wake of COVID-19.

This product was perfect to ease the separation during Covid between my parents and siblings. They got to be a part of the grandchildren's Christmas - we ordered one for each.

This helped keep us together while apart during quarantine. Able to stay in contact with family and friends. Also like ability to put pictures to show on display when not in use as video chat

Great calling/video system for the price. Plus all the music and app extras. With no directions it was a little hard to stop Alexa from playing music. Just need to do your own digging on set up. After that happy with the system.

Good picture, but had little capabilities.. bought for elderly father, with all the double taps and wierd selection became tiresome for him to send calls out

My daughter and I LOVE this things. I was almost kicking myself in the rear after connecting my daughters up bc she wouldn't stop calling me sometimes 10 times a day. Its just that much fun.

I buy this device in clearance and was a good buy. I can call my wife in the house via WhatsApp because this equipment has that app and also WebEx.
