The Facebook Portal is amazing. I especially like how it could be used as a digital picture frame and has pandora. The speakers are loud as well

Perfect gift for someone who isn't tact savvy when it comes to electronics. I bought this for my mom so she can have a conversation with me face to face.

This is now my go-to device for Video chat, that I started using Facebook Messenger over Facetime or Duo. The face-tracking feature makes a world of difference especially if both parties have this device. But, the device itself is buggy, UX lags and freezes often. Alexa support is sub-standard and not the same as a first-party Echo Show. I'd give it 5 stars if they make the software more stable and add support for 3rd party apps like Teams, Duo, Alexa video calling, Youtube.

A little hard to setup if you don't already have a bit of tech knowledge but works great get calls from Nanna almost daily on it and she loves it.

Able to get this from Best Buy when the same version was back ordered on Facebook’s site. Got during 1/2 off sale, so good value.

I love my portal so much that i had to purchase a second portal for my salon. Nice video clarity and very good volume.

Love the portal but it does have some quirks. It often gives a black screen and we have to restart it and re make the call.

Bought it as a gift and is used very often. It is not the best because you have to use Facebook tools and a few times calls don't work.

If you love Facebook this is the item for you..But it as a collection of apps to keep you well entertain, also WhatsApp is an add plus.

Only complaint is that it needs plugged in. It would be nice if it had a battery so you could move it around.

My sister sorely needed this with her 1 year old made communication a little bit easier while handling her little one who is very active

I bought one for my mother to be able to call our children. My mother, lets say not the most tech person on earth can now call via FB.
