Ok, but needs to be easier for the elderly

I think they need to make a product that is easier for our elder to use, esp. those who are not tech savvy. It is taking het a little bit to understand when someone is there to help. She has a problem when she is alone.

Vizio 24" hd TV 1080p
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.could not set up TV with wireless connection - could not recognize my home network - had to call tech support - they walked me through a factory reset then cable connect, then my home network came up. THEN I was able to read the install instructions/manual online after the fact. Pretty chins y. The remote control is crap - can't read the buttons, too close together, priority is smartcast tv but mine is comcast. Must choose the tiny button "input" to select source of your programming and you better be fast to select what you want, like about 8 seconds and then its gone to the next input. I gave it a higher rating of 2 because the HD color is pretty good if you are receiving an HD signal and vireing straight on to the TV. Angular viewing, forget about it, not a good picture. Buy a Samsung for a few more dollars.

He liked the gift so much but after setting up he complained about really bad video calls, especially lagging audio and video. I had to get this back from him and return it.

Only limitation I can really complain about is the lack of aps and things like that. Video quality is sometimes sketchy but that’s due to internet connection.
