We got this for my dad so he could be more connected to his family during this pandemic. It is a great addition for him and keeps him in touch with us all. Great purchase!!!

we love the facebook portal. this one was returned but a 10" was purchased in its place. although the mini is great and works the same it was just nicer to have the larger screen.

We love using our portal to connect with our family in Canada. I love how it follows my son around the room so they can really feel like they're here with us.

i bought this for my mother (age 83) so she could visit with her great grandchildren during the shut down. I was surprised as to the clarity of sound and picture.

So far this has been easy to use and we love all it has to offer. The camera is good quality and it moves with you. The sound output is better than I expected.

Bought two, one for my father-in-law and one for my kitchen. Great for the the in-law but I'm not of fan of the slow response and trying to get ot to hear my request.

Works great. Sleek look. Only problem is for some reason the “Hey Portal” doesn’t respond as quickly as I’m use to with the older version. But still very satisfied.

Nice for video calling. The camera keeps track of the movements and refocuses or moves according following the person. This is provides a very good live experience.
