If you played Fallout 3, liked it, and are in the mood for more, get Fallout 4. It's pretty much the exact same game, but with more polish and extra content. The main drawback to Fallout 4 is the aging engine that Bethesda insists on using with all of their new games; it's time for them to finally build a new engine from the ground up because the bugs and other performance issues are starting to wear thin after decades of sub-par launch issues. Well worth a buy considering you'll be getting your money's worth and then some.

Definitely a game worth getting, but know that you'll be spending a good amount of hours on it once you get into it. You can spend hours just playing around with building your own settlement alone, nevermind the actual primary story. We're talking from generator to interior decor, the possibilities are endless. Dare I say, this is the best Fallout game ever?

Bethesda knocks it out of the home again with Fall Out 4. If you like Skyrim you will love Fall Out IV. This is a game your kid will not get tired of and provided seemingly endless play as your can explore the world on your own or stay on the story line. Rule the apocalyptic waste land by helping others and blasting a few mutants and zombies along the way.

Graphics and story are unbelievable. Maybe, the game of the year.

This latest entry in the fallout series is truly a game that can be played multiple different times with different stats on each issue that is brought forth. The statistical formula that is used to register and categorize each action you do is stored and always re-cold when necessary. This makes each gameplay decision so crucial because you can play the game for 10 hours and have every single action you took and it will be brought forth for you to deal with the repercussions or rewards depending on your actions.

This game is great! I love the vast selection of partners, especially the dog that you begin with, and the fact that they don't just die. Building up the settlements is also a new bonus not previously seen in open world games. Another great point to add is that the game does not glitch anywhere near as much as previous Bethesda games have in the past.

This is the first Fallout I've played and I can easily see why this game series is one of the best There's so much to do as far as the missions and side quests. I personally feel the graphics could be a lot better for a ps4 game but the replay ability makes up for it. I like how you can gear your person toward a certain style with the leveling system.

The ONLY two games this year that are 5 star ratings for me is this and the WItcher 3 For me they are both neck and neck..Witcher won and had an amazing storyline, graphically but Fallout beat it hard in immersion and ease of play. This game is awesome a must own for any gamer!

This is a great game! I love ignoring my wife and daughter while I spend countless hours exploring post-apoc Boston! The graphics are great considering how much content the game has. I've got a meeting with my boss tomorrow. I haven't seen him in a week, so who knows what it's about! I can't wait to tell him everything that I've found in the game!

Great game & fun to play. Interesting story line & characters.

I haven't played any of the Fallout series before this one but I'm a huge fan! This game can capture you for hour on end with the huge open world that you can explore. It has a very intricate weapon and armor mod system as well as a huge skill chart. Even if you haven't played any of the Fallout games before I would recommend this one to anyone.

I was not a fan of Fallout 3 or New Vegas but this one exceeds all expectations from crafting to gunning down raiders. It is an all in one package game that will last you for hundreds of hours just on the base game. Then for $30 more you will get another few expansion packs which I am sure will add a ton more content. Highly recommend this title.

I picked this game up and haven't been able to put it down. It has consumed my life and I don't even shower anymore cause I might miss something. My wife and kids also say they miss their Dad. I also play it in 3D which really adds a 3rd dimension to it. Highly recommended!

Incredibly well made game. I had never played the Fallout series before purchasing this one and was told you don't need to to understand the game, which is correct. This game has hours upon hours of play time. I highly suggest picking up the strategy guide too because some things are not explained well and can be a bit overwhelming at first!

Without a doubt the best entry in the franchise, and the best game of 2015. NOT a game for kids, but if you were a Fallout 3 fan I find it hard to believe you won't love this game. Sidequests galore and all new settlement system also create a gaming experience where the main story doesn't even need to be touched for this game to be enjoyed.
