Interesting game

Basically a reskinned Fallout 3

They added a bunch of new stuff in but nothing to justify and 8 year gap since the last one. Ubisoft puts out a new Assassin's Creed every year and some of them have had more advancements than Fallout has in 8 years. The game uses a very outdated engine and it shows. Not to mention that the gameplay, characters, and animations are absolutely terrible by 2015/2016 standards. The world building is great and there is plenty of content but it gets pretty repetitive and it's not that fun after a while.
