I am having a great time with Fallout 4, 20 hours in so far and should be near the end of the story, but still can't wait to dive back in everyday.

The Fallout series continues to shine with Fallout 4. Highly anticipated, the game delivers with a vibrant (which is a nice change from previous monochrome Fallout games) world to explore, people to meet and raiders to vaporize. The base building adds a fresh new component, one that can be completely ignored if that kind of thing isn't your cup of tea. If you're looking for an open world RPG, you can't go wrong with Fallout 4. While it isn't as flexible (some RPG options are more constrained than previous games) it's just fun and a great time sink.

Well the much anticipated game of the year has finally arrived! Too bad it wasn’t all the much to get worked up about at least for me is wasn't. I have played fallout 3 and loved it to death, you can imagine my excitement when I head of the release of the next installment, I pre-ordered the second it was available to do so, after long weeks I finally got it! I raced home and loaded it up (after some instillation of course) after playing roughly 48 hours’ worth of the game (no not in a row) I concluded I was thoroughly disappointed with it, I guess my expectations ran much higher than they should of been or the game really wasn’t that great, the replay value, really isn’t there, then again if you really commit do doing everything the game has to offer you won’t be finished with it for quite some time! you might need a new console before you need to re play fallout 4 again, so its extensive world map, interesting creatures of the wasteland, and semi humorous side quest and conversations from fallout 3 have made their transition to fallout 4 quite smoothly so it shadows the 3rd reels white closely.... to closely at times, there were some parts in the game where I actually forgot I had fallout 4 in the disk tray and actually ejected it to see it was fallout 3 because at points it felt so closely related it’s like I wasn’t playing a new game at all and well that was the disappointing part for me, after all this hype, and advertisement you really wanted it to be good, but alas it was just ok but never the less if I where you after a bit when this game hits a sale id pick it up but not before it get below the 30.00 or so mark it’s not worth much more money than that.

This is the first Fallout game I have played. While it is very fun to play, there is little direction on how/what to do. It is a large game with many aspects of gameplay. Keep that in mind if you are new to the game.

If you've played and enjoyed previous Fallout games, Fallout 4 will not disappoint. The replay-ability of this game makes it well worth the price.

This game is amazing, I havent played an RPG in years and once I saw a couple of YouTube videos I knew I had to go out and buy it. Great purchase

Game of the year for many people including me. Great game with so much to do within it. The only gripe would be that the ending could be better.

This game looks pretty good and the free world option is based on selections within the game, you may play multiple times with different endings .

If you liked fallout 3 this is definitely a game you want to play! And if this is your first fallout series game you jumped in at the right time!

My first time being introduced to the series and i must say i am at awe. Its an awesome game. Many hours of playing. I recommend to all friends.

My son has been exploring all the levels and ares that this game provides. He talks about all the local places he can explore in the game. Cool!

I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes a vintage meets modern view of an apocalyptic world. The graphics and storyline are incredible.

Fallout is a must buy if you love the previous games and open world gameplay. Exploration is fun and the gun and base customization is awesome.

Excellent fast paced action and story lines that you can play with your friends and others for hours on end with different outcomes everytime.

What to say this game is great. If you like fallout 3 or new Vegas this game takes all those things and makes them better. The world is smaller than DC and Skyrim, but I think that's better. If they kept getting bigger and bigger that would be too much. The VATS system is so cool and the companion works great just like new Vegas and Skyrim. I've heard of there being problems with the rendering and the AI of the companion but I've had no problems. Get this game and spend the next month or two of your life never leaving the world of Fallout!!

This game has such a compelling story, and a beautifully destroyed landscape. So many places to explore and side quests ... Worth every dollar

The reviews that came out said that Fallout 4 wasn't a worthy successor, but I felt like it made the improvements that I wanted from Fallout3.
