Wasn't as mind-blowing as Skyrim but Fallout 4 shows why Bethesda is one of the best developers today. A vast open world densely packed with things to do. Fallout 4 is something that will keep you busy for a long time.

Fallout 4 builds on the gameplay elements of Fallout 3, adding a robust crafting system for weapons, armor, and building and managing your own settlements. Bethesda has done a great job supporting this post-launch with patches, content updates, and DLC. If you're looking for a rich, story-driven game like the Witcher or BioWare games (Dragon Age and Mass Effect), then you may be disappointed. While the story is more engaging than Fallout 3, the main highlight is exploring at your own pace and building settlements.

Minus a few glitches, this is the most enjoyable game I've ever played. The ability to choose between factions and continue playing even after you've "won" the game, coupled with the sheer size of the game, make It so enjoyable.

Not being a good gamer made this game a little hard to get used to. However, the story is awesome, the graphics are great and the once enough weapons are accumulated, the game is a ton of fun - a huge adventure

Be prepared to flake out on any commitments. Worth a purchase.

Everybody aboard the hype train to welcome in the newest edition of Fallout. This game brings about many features to players: an annoying cast of nagging characters, with a few gems in between that truly beget emotion and care; a list of tedious missions that offer little more than older counterparts; a game play that comes from the jaded traditions of today's oh-so-caring gaming companies; all topped with the mediocrity that comes from exalting something that truly does nothing to improve the face of the gaming franchise. Now, this does not mean that Fallout 4 is, in and of itself, a bad game or a bad sequel. I would say it's an ungraceful sequel, milling itself about in past traditions of Fallout glory and a new field that bogs down the game rather than enhances it. If you truly wish to foray into the new wasteland, than you should by all means do it; you might have a better than I did. However, I would heavily suggest spending your money elsewhere.

great game, got lost in it for a straight 2 days (and nights)

My coworkers don't know what to talk to me about unless it's Fallout. My friends bought me the guide. My free hours are lost in the Wasteland. I live and breathe this game. I am a shell of a woman. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

Gave as a gift to my brother in law. Watched him play a bit, have almost unlimited potential and freedom in the game. Crafting, building a house, full RPG experience (Skyrim), stealth gameplay or all out firefight. Amazing game.

It's OK in my book. I'm not A fan of not having a multiplayer

This is my first RPG game and what a game to start. The graphics are fantastic and the open ended story makes it a unique experience

Fallout 4 definitely isn't the game it was heralded to be. It's a decent follow up to what Bethesda did with Fallout 3 and New Vegas. The problem is - the game doesn't have enough new tricks to cover up the dated graphcis and the boring quest loops. A game series this revered is expected to change the gaming landscape...and Fallout 4 didn't.

Great game. Was so much fun and entertaining and suspensful.

After Fallout 3 and Skyrim didn't think Bethesda could hit another home run in this day and age, boy am i glad i was wrong, i have already sunk 100+ hours into it and the end is nowhere in sight, best value by far this holiday

The graphics haven't really changed but the story is great.
