Not the story driven game I hoped for. Online only games aren't really my thing.

Generally I’m a fan of open world games especially fallout games but this one doesn’t do it for me. The interesting of new Vegas, 3, and 4 aren’t there. They replaced NPCs with regular players but it either leaves the world feeling empty when people aren’t on line or lagging when to many people are on line. Overall I wouldn’t Recommend it. I’m a big fallout fan but this one was not good

So so game, a lot of high level guys pvp you when trying to play the game.

This game is just ok. It is definitely not as captivating as other games in the series.

Not the Fallout experience I have grown to love. I hope Bethesda gets back to making great single player games.

I had no idea about the Fallout Series. A buddy of mine turned me on to them, I have since created an indentation on my couch, invested in a corded headset, starved myself, and may have possibly worn off my fingerprints playing this game.

I was thinking it was going to be something different but not quite what I expected overall still not that bad

Sad... I may never even open or play, but I couldn't pass up the steal of a deal.

If you're a fan of fallout, there is a good chance you will find a few hours of enjoyment with this game.

Pretty, but really boring with poor fight mechanics. The added npcs improved things a little, but the game just feels like a chore. At the core it's missing a narrative. I guess I just really prefer the single player campaigns, but I had to give it an honest try so I can confirm this wasn't fun.

This game is fun. But it misses the whole Multiplayer aspect of the game. Maybe updates will help it

So for all intents and purposes, I bought this game for my best friend and we were greatly disappointed. From what we’ve heard it was supposed to be the game of the year but we’re sorely mistaken. This game has no campaign or story mode and is only really fun for online play with others.

Maybe the experience will improve once all the bugs are patched.

It’s a buggy mess. My advice, don’t buy unless it’s a deep deep sale. Even then really think about what your getting yourself into. Because of this game I now have grey hairs because of this game due to bugs and crashes

An MMO that has improved substantially since launch, but still needs more

Still crashes alot got it for $10 so i thought i would try it out.

As a huge Fallout fan, I was crushed when I booted this game up to find a lifeless world with no NPCs or dialogue. I knew this would be the case, and I wanted to trust that the developers of one of my favorite game series would still find a way for the world to come alive. While there are moments of fun world building through terminals and audio logs, the game feels largely vacant and boring. Most quests require you to go somewhere and clear an area of enemies. In a series that is known for being so dialogue heavy and character driven that you could beat some entries without killing anyone (See Fallout 2 and New Vegas) I don't know what possessed them to remove all dialogue from this series and leave only its combat (and not even the best part of it's combat, the VATS system). Playing with people online adds to the experience, but it does so despite the crummy game. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bought for my teenage son and he says its not as good as the previous fallout but still fun

This is a game for fallout fans that do not worry about all the “issues” with fallout games.
