Fantastic world with equal gameplay only enhanced with the help of a friend in coop mode. Without giving too much away: in the first moments of the game you are given a choice that can change the outcome of the game entirely. Listen carefully and maybe you'll figure out what to do. Or don't do ;)

I liked the game, but it doesn't catch me quite as much as Far Cry 3. While the other is a fight for survival against the elements, pirates, and trying to find your friends...this one just had no attachment for me story-wise. I enjoyed the gameplay, which is close enough to feel like the same game, but after a couple of hours left the story alone.

I've seen the Far Cry series, but never played until now. This is a very awesome game, if you like open-world games like the GTA franchise. Always something to do, always enemies around every corner (human, or wildlife!), and the story is deep and makes you wonder who the bad guy really is!

If you even remotely enjoyed FarCry 3 then you'll enjoy this game through and through. They've improved on a great formula on all accounts including graphics, gameplay, controls and more. For those unfamiliar with the series, the game is a free-roaming adventure game with RPG elements (character development) and very entertaining AI enemies.

Great wide open game and the multiplayer is a lot of fun.

Another great game in the Far Cry series. If you enjoyed Far Cry 3, you will this one also. Game mechanics are the same, the graphics with the Xbox One are amazing. I found myself just looking at the mountains in the distance amazed at how lifelike they were. I purchased on sale for $30, a no brainer if you are a fan of the franchise.

I have only played Far Cry 3 before this one, but out of the 2 this one is better then the first one. Set in the Himalayan landscape you are trying to bring your mother's ashes back to Kyrat when the truck you are riding in gets ambushed and you are forced to make a decision.

More like Far Cry 3.5 than a full fledged sequel, as they took the formula that worked in FC3 and ran with it. Not really a bad thing, but it would be nice if there was more of a difference between the 2 games than the setting. still and all, an entertaining game is an entertaining game. buy it if you can find it for cheap.

I had never played any of the other games in the Far Cry series but found that I really enjoyed this one. The world is huge and there is always something to do. Wherever you go there are small events popping up to participate in so you never feel like there is a dull moment.

I love this game the only problem is that it eventually ends and you are left with an empty spot. There are also a few parts I didn't enjoy, like going to shangi la and the missions where they drug you at the beginning. Overall the best game I have played on my Xbox One.

The game is great, the far cry series has been pretty good

If you were s fan of far cry 3 you'll princely love this game but, at the same time, there is a good chance that you'll ask yourself am I basically playing fry cry 3 and not far cry 4. That's the problem here. Great game but much of it is rehashed from prior games. The saving grace is that the prior games were so good.

The game has nice graphics and a decent story line.

I like the far cry games for the hunting elements and its great presentation. This game lives up to the last game with beautiful backgrounds and smooth gameplay. The story could be better but it is not the main reason to play this open world game. Excellent game

Lots of things to do in this game and much better than Far Cry 3. Gorgeous open world set in a place in the Himalayas that really comes to life. Huge variety of weapons and you can even ride a rampaging elephant. Really wish I would have picked this up sooner.

It seems in each subsequent entry in this series they the developers continue to push the gameplay and graphics forward. The game world is expansive, the graphics are detailed and the gameplay is buttery-smooth and fluid. So far I am really enjoying this game.

Although its not my favorite series I would say its an average game. Plenty to do within the game but its not something I would play all over again. For $20 however, it was a steal. No brainer and you can always trade it back in or sell it on ebay.

The perfect game if you're bored on a rainy Sunday. After a solid 4/5 hours of playing this game I found it to be quite captivating and fun. However after I turned it off I did not feel myself being drawn back to it. Gtest fun to play with a friend but still not something I feel like I could play for weeks.

This is the first Far Cry that I have ever played and I'm pretty impressed. The game looks great and the voice acting and characters are above average. The game mechanics are easy to pick up and fights are not overwhelming. So far this is a well built game.

I haven't played the other Far Cry games before but so far I've been enjoying the free roam play style that makes you feel you're in an adventure. You can do as many things as you want and can take several different approaches when on missions. Can't wait to get my hands on Far Cry Primal!
