It’s hard to stop playing this game. Very addicting!

One of the best far cry to date a long side far cry 3

I'm still playing through the story of Hope County, Montana, but I'm loving every second of the game. If I had any bad things to say about the game, it'd be that there is a lighting effect whenever you leave a room that gets quite annoying since it happens every single time, also the multiplayer could have been optimized better.

It's fun with coop and has a ton of different weapons.

Haven't played the game yet but this is one of the best video game soundtracks I have ever heard. Hammock are an excellent Nashville-based post-rock band who combine raw emotion with cathartic release. It's surreal to hear them on AAA video games now after following them as a small band for decades! Great for them.

This game still follows the same far cry formula but there is some big quality of life improvements like the removal of tower climbing, side quests instead of boring cut and paste objective markers littering the map, perk/challenges replacing the leveling/ skill system. Very enjoyable, any far cry fan will be happy this game.

Far Cry comes to America in the latest installment of the award-winning franchise.Hope County, Montana, has been overrun by a fanatical doomsday cult – The Project at Eden’s Gate. Upon your arrival, you must spark the fires of resistance to liberate the community.

Talk about a complete disappointment. I hadn't played a Far Cry yet, so I was pretty excited to jump into FC5. And for the first 10 hours or so, it was great, but after reaching the final third of the campaign I was left feeling bored and tired.

fun different game, a big open world. liberating outposts is way too easy. missions too simple, it doesnt feel like the good old far crys whch were more challenging. this is more about exploring the world around you, but theres nothing much to explore.

The Far Cry series has never been in the same locale twice and this game brings the series closer to home than ever before. Sadly, the setting is the only thing that feels new, as the game follows the same game play loop as the last 4 games.

This game looks incredible, and the characters are entertaining to interact with. There are clues to the end scattered throughout the game, but they are easy to overlook with the frantic pace of encounters, both enemy and wildlife.

I know quite a few people were disappointed in the game, but I had a blast. It was a great co-op game and the fact the entire game was playable with a friend was a huge plus. (Over two consoles, no split screen unfortunately)

It's Far Cry. The forumula might be exhausting to you or awesome. I still love it, but 3 is byfar the best one still.

Don't get me wrong this is a fun game to play, many side missions and you can get lost for hours just running around the the vast open world...BUT...it get tiresome after a bit and that where the fault of this game is.

Yes you can blow stuff up, impale people with shovels, and have a pet bear, but the game is actually relaxing in its Montana setting with the natural sound effects and forested areas. Nice to blow off some steam.

I have seen some people claim it is just the same as previous versions of the Far Cry franchise. The very basics are the same, because they work well, but a completely different story line and so far im really enjoying it.

If you enjoy side missions and completing challenges then pick this game up. I was not sure I was gonna like this game being the first one in the series I played. It’s been the only game I’ve played since I bought it.
