Far Cry 5 is the best game of the series yet! Excellent game play, one of the best games I have played in a while. The only problem is you will get hooked and the time will fly by. This game mixes a first person shooter with an RPG. You aren't stuck to a simple story line. You can explore and do side missions which are a lot of fun. One of the best games I have played on Xbox One.

Huge map, great story, tons of weapons to choose from. A blast to play.

Its another continuation of the Far cry series. Drugs, violence, propaganda, and of course, there isn't a 'pick a side' like in the 3rd installment. You can hunt animals, a nice hobby or nice way of earning money or even to pass time between missions. Only problem is you cant seem to fast forward or "wait" a few hours Great open world game, I am still playing it

Several hours ina nd really enjoying it. It is what you’d expect from a far cry game and more. I have enjoyed all of the far cry games and if it’s not broke, well... don’t listen to most of the negative reviews who are disappointed that this game doesn’t make more of a political statement... it’s a game. Those reviews only fueled my purchase. Ubisoft did a good job on this one.

It is like GTA game. Great graphics. Open world.

Like I said, I really like the game. The mechanics are good and the story is pretty engaging. I do dislike some of the forced story scenes, but they do help move the story along. Even though I have put in about 20 hours, the game does "feel" short compared to other ubisoft shooters. While the world is pretty open it sometimes feels very linear. Those are my only gripes I have with an otherwise very engaging and beautiful looking game!

Great game, great story. Much better than the previous caveman one.

Very fun game play and awesome world to explore. Tons of different styles of missions to do. Campaign is nice and long to justify the 60$ price tag. As well as the Far Cry Arcade seems to add tons of hours of game play after beating the game. I only recently started playing it after I beat the game, but It will certaintley keep me coming back even after beating the game.

Game is super fun and my first Far Cry experience. When bought, I received my download code through email from bestbuy in 15 minutes.

Was curious how the 5th entry would be and it doesn't disappoint.

Pros: -FPS -Single player or Co-op -Open map -Lots of side quests to keep busy if not wanting to complete the story fast Cons: -That ending though -Once you complete the main story, you can't go back and complete the side quests -No multiple character saves Other Thoughts: Overall I enjoyed this game and would recommend it to others. Just make sure you do all you want to do before you finish the main story line.

There's not a whole lot I can say other than it's a Far Cry game from Ubisoft. Ever since Far Cry 3, not much has changed with the series. If you've played the other games, this one isn't much different, other than the fact that it takes place in Montana. There's fishing and a few more new activities, but the only real differentiating factor is that it's full of 'murica.

Story line is not bad, things get a little repetitive, just like the past few Far Cry games. But the environment is great, lighting and textures and colors are really good. I'm sure on PC and Xbox X it looks even better. The game bugs are annoying of course, and driving/flying mechanics suck, but thats typical of all Ubisoft games. Still worth a play if you have $65 laying around. No experience with Arcade/multiplayer.
