The game overall was fun, but is prone to glitches and repetition. Previous incarnations of the game were smoother and had much more enjoyable storylines. Not the worst game, but missed on a lot of potential.

My son says this has many upgrades over the last iteration and he really enjoys it. More vehicles and I believe there are more cities too. It's definitely not for young kids.

I wasn't a huge fan at first, but then gave it another try and it's now my favorite FarCry game. Wonderful environment and music, super long and the story is interesting.

I enjoyed the game way more than i thought i would. I liked 4 but this is probably better because the gameplay is the same but it runs native 4k on the X and looks gorgeous. Buy it!!

My wife hates this game. That’s how much I played this bad boy. I love the franchise. Thought this was the best. New Dawn is a great follow up to jump into right away.

It's a Far Cry game, with some changes, making it feel a little fresh. However it's buggy, nothing game breaking just weird stuff happens every now and then. Still if you are a fan of far cry, you should enjoy it.

Although I was a huge fan of Far Cry 3, & 4, 5 feels like something amazing in a realm all its own! It feels like Far Cry of course, but a more refined Far Cry experience!

You can write your own story, free world and loot what you want and succeed in as many different tactics that you can imagine. Graphics are average compared to nowadays standards.

Definitely different than the other Far Cry games but enough of the stuff that you love about them to stay true to the series. Great graphics and interesting story line.

I never could get into any of the previous games but for some reason this just sucked me right in. Ive played almost 20 hours now and I still have plenty of stuff left to do.

Far Cry 3 was my favorite one and this one is giving it a run. Visual are great on the Xbox One X. If you are a fan of the Far Cry series this one is a must have in my opinion!

Fun game. My husband loves this game. Will play it over and over! The graphics are great and it is fun to watch someone play because of this!

Graphics are top notch. Played over 60 hours so far. And still so much to do. And the coop is amazing. If you want a game that you can get lost in for hours. This is for you.

I feel Far Cry games get better each release, but get more stale. Far Cry 3 really shook things up, but after that we just got slight improvements. I'd recommend it, but not at full price

This is a great edition to the franchise! The quality of the graphics and the storyline are exceptional and I highly recommend this game to all Far Cry game lovers.

This was a really good game and my husband enjoyed it a lot. He's mostly a weekend gamer so it took quite awhile for him to complete the game.

fun game to play over a weekend. its one of those games you can just sit on the couch and play and just relax

Solid 4/5 The world is great. Graphics are amazing. The story is the same as the past games. You are going after a crazy cult guy. It was my first time really playing Far Cry, so I didn't mind it.
