This isn't the best game in the series in my opinion - I'd say 4 takes that right now. But it's still a fun open world to mess around in with lots to do.

FarCry 5 took a great approach to simplifying the system already in place with this successful franchise. The perk system completely replaced the old crafting system that used to force you to spend hours tying to skin certain types of animals or collect ingredients. The combat is great and AAA quality, but you’ll encounter the same combat from start to finish. The game encourages stealth, but your NPC allies can blow your cover if you’re not careful. In the end, taking down Outpost #20 will feel just like Outpost #1, but with better weapons. The characters are the highlight of the game, and some of your companions can provide all the entertainment you need.

definitely a fun game, gets super repetitive and the developer took shortcuts in the game in certain areas but its always fun to join a buddy and create chaos amongst the AIs in the game

Incredible graphics, one of a kind role playing game as you move through multiple thrilling parts of the game and experience the plot as it unfolds!

Not as good as far cry 4 or 3 but if you’re playing in the one x or series x it’s very good!!! The graphics are by far the best of the series.

I couldn’t wait for this game to come out. I own a PS4 and an Xbox so I thought I’d get it for the Xbox because of god of war coming out. Love playing it.

Very fun. There are some things not as good as some games like the driving but overall I think I can say it was a good game.

Basically another in the series of Far Cry games. Plot is thin but action is high! Good way to spend some quarantine hours!

Visually, this game can look pretty stellar on the Xbox One X. Native 4K resolution & HDR make this quite the visual treat. On the other hand, it's another one of these open world Ubisoft games. It's better than 2, 3 & 4, IMO, but I wasn't a fan of 3 like most people were. If you enjoyed past Far Cry's, you'll probably like this, perhaps a little less or a little more than I did. For me, it was the setting that made me enjoy it more. If it wasn't for the setting, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it that much.

I'm only a few hours in but the intro definitely grabbed my attention. You're a rookie deputy tasked freeing a county from the grasp of a cult. Lots of over-the-top action.

This game is a must own. If you are a fan of the Far cry series you need to play this. The graphics and gameplay in this game are insane. Must buy

Great game that constantly surprises you with new adventures. If you like the series, you'll love this game. Not stop action on many levels.

Farcry 5 is another solid entry in the ongoing series. If you have a Xbox One X, it’s a gorgeous title that shows the benefits of 4K and HDR.

I have only had the game 8 days and have already put 15 hours into it. Once you start you don't want to put it down until you are finished.

I have been playing the "Farcry" series ever since it came out on the PC. Any excellent addition to the series.

My boyfriend and I purchased this, along with our Xbox One S. We are very pleased with both. The quality of the Farcry 5 game is phenomenal!

My son wanted this game for Christmas and he enjoyed playing it through to its conclusion. Still plays it over and over and enjoys it.

I feel like the far cry series has been hit or miss, but Far Cry 5 does not disappoint. Great story, awesome environment. Definitely a must own.
