I've played everything from 3 to this one, and I was very disappointed going into this. Giancarlo Esposito (Gus from Breaking Bad) makes for a fantastic villain, but a lot of gameplay changes made the series feel like just another looter shooter. They removed using animal skins to upgrade yourself and replaced it with using found clothing with perks. The plot, while decent, felt to be a bit predictable to me as well.

The game is such a step in the right direction. Nothing can top Far Cry 3, but this one comes close. And Giancarlo Esosito is an incredible villain

I fell in love with this series starting with Far Cry 3. I was very excited to purchase this title at a great Black Friday price.

I got this for $15 on Black Friday; it's pretty good, and so far it's worth $15. Looks amazing, although it's a little lackluster to me.

I didn't get far in the game. It ended up being on the PS Plus roster. Play it from there.

A few hours in, and it’s the same game as all the others. A new console doesn’t make the game any better. Graphics are nothing crazy, gameplay is nothing new. It’s a mindless shooter that has its place.

This farcry its different than the other ones I really enjoy is not like the past ones is really interesting game

Far cry did it again. It is pretty fun set up for the story. Game play is similar to all of the games in series.

Was lucky enough to finally get a PS5 for my daughter this Christmas, this was her favorite game on the PS3

It’s a fair and decent game on my end. If your like first person games, this one is an easy recommendation

Farcry 2 will always be my favorite but this latest installment w Esposito headlining is phenomenal.

The jungle terrain is nice and the story isn’t as reptitive as far cry 5. The characters are enjoyable too.

The last Far Cry that I played was FC2, so unlike most people that play this franchise, I don't have franchise fatigue. The main villain is interesting but doesn't live up to his potential, which is pretty sad because this is one series where each villain is unique, but some of them are just short changed by writing. The next far cry should go smaller instead of bigger to make their story more impactful and have choices that actually mean something.

Never got this game it was lost in the mail!! But the value was great

Graphics are nothing too impressive on Ps5. Story held my attention for a bit. I preferred FC5 tbh.

Game got very repetitive quickly but it was an ok game overall.

I can not stop playing this game.. since i liked ghost recon .. this one is very similar

After the Playstation exclusives, Far Cry looks outdated. quit after a few hours
