If you enjoyed FC5 you will love this. The Devs put in more than enough changes to keep the game enjoyable with tons of replay value. New base upgrades, challenges, weapon builds, story etc. vehicle and weapon control is spot on and the addition to legendary beasts roaming the environment are a welcome surprise.

I liked Far Cry 5 more than most people. Actually, it was my favorite Far Cry game to date. New Dawn, however, feels a bit like a rushed cash grab. I bought it on sale for less than one Andrew Jackson, but I don't even know if it was worth that. It's not a bad game, it has some fun missions, but it mostly feels like a retread of Far Cry 5 without the highs that that game had. They've also added pink to everything. It feels like a lazy way to make the same environment look slightly different. That said, much like Far Cry 5, New Dawn looks outstanding in 4K/HDR on the Xbox One X.

I’ve always enjoyed far cry games and I had a lot of fun with this one while it lasted. Yes it’s more violent and younger ones should be warned, but for older gamers, it’s another experience that lets you escape reality and have some fun.

Meh it's ok if you played Far Car 5 first you will understand this game. If not you will be spoiled, has elements related to Far Cry 5. Ending was meh! Glad i waited for a 19.99 price tag.

I have enjoyed this franchise since I started playing it years back. Once it gets its hooks in me I’m done! Get the diapers ready and thank goodness for food delivery because I’m not moving from this couch!!

Okay game, but nothing close toFarcry5. Bought this to keep me entertained until FarCry6 release. I wouldn't expect much from it but worth $25.

Far Cry 5 at times felt like it was all over the place. New Dawn feels like it took a page from Blood Dragon and feels more focused. Great progression system and excellent crafting. Glorified expansion, but worth the price.

Not a very good game graphics, too much bright colors, can't play an hour straight.. this no way near compare to other far cry games that I own.

If you want far cry goodness without the long mainline games this is for you. Much shorter than 5 and you still get all the far cry trappings

I know this is technically not a DLC, but it certainly feels like one. The one issue I have with ND is that it doesn't do that much different than FC5. That's not to say that's a bad thing, but I wish this game had a little more in it to make itself different than it's bigger brother. ND is colorful, shooting frenzy fun. The storyline is nothing to write how about. The graphics are great and it runs very well. At $40 you get a lot of game, but I would suggest waiting until $30 or even $20.

The story was so so. Gameplay was good, like far cry 5. Only problem is map was reused so if you played 5 it feels repetitive. Buy far cry 5 instead.

Its not a bad game, i had a lot of fun playing the campaign and going through the farcry formula. The ending is awful though, a total slog to get through.

If you are a fan of the franchise, then this is a fun addition. The game doesn't not revolutionize the franchise, but it does continue it. Same type of game play, quests, interactions, etc.

I had low expectations going into this game. Thought they got lazy because it is the same map as Far Cry 5. I was wrong. Great game and I couldn’t even tell it was the same map. Totally different look and feel
