I have been sold on Far Cry for the last 3 iterations and while Primal is not a bad game it's been my low point of the series. If you live the previous games you'll find enjoyment with Primal.

Anyone who likes the recent Far Cry games may like this one though it is more focused on melee combat. Nice visuals and a different setting from most games.

Maybe I just didn’t give it enough of a chance but it didn’t grip me right away. Played for like 2 hours and never picked it up again.

More of a challenge with using primal weapons harder to kill things with a tomahawk then a Machine gun but if you don't mind then you'll like the game

Could not get interested in the game. I prefer the older Far Cry games.

At first it was a little slow but then it picked up and stayed in line with the others from the series. Overall good game, good time.

Previous iterations of far cry were more enjoyable. While the creativity and change in scenery is appreciated it just doesn't cut it.

Purchased looking for something new. Must have patience and a ton a time. Gave up after a few days.

I love the Farcry games. Farcry 3 is probably my favorite game ever, but there just wasn't enough in Primal to keep me interested.

This was for my son, he is no longer playing it. I sense that there was not a lot of replay nor online value.

I bought this game for cheap and it wasn't worth it. It feels incomplete, it's boring, and the world is littered with the most repetitive missions I've experienced in a game. Save your $10+ and buy yourself dinner or something with that money instead.

I'm use to more action in a game but this was still fun if you don't mind searching for key items during missions

Not bad, exactly the same gameplay as 4, just primitive, though I'm preferring FarCry 4 a little bit more

The premise is good but as a parent I found it a little gory. Def for the teenage and up demographic.

I liked the environments and the prehistoric settings. The story was meh, but overall a good game.

Fun game but short an quick. Could us better weapons but like ability to use tamed animals.

Just like any other far cry game. If you enjoy these kinda games great, if not stray away.
