As a fan of Far Cry since the first game, i'm kind of scratching my head with this concept. that said you know it's going to be a great game and in the end that's all that matters.

I just bought this last weekend and have really enjoyed the gameplay, environment. I love the taming animal part and also gathering crafting and so on. I'm not too far into the game, but so far It's been fun learning to aim, fight and gathering supplies to prepare to fight enemies.

My son keeps tellin' me all about it while he's playing it so it must be alot of fun!

Best Far Cry games ever made, will be hard to top this game next time.

This game looks great and has a lot of fun features, but for me I feel like Ubisoft didn't quite hit their mark on this one. The game feels a lot like an expansion to an already existing game. They took out features that were loved by myself and other fans of the previous installments an replaced them with gimmicky mechanics. I wouldn't recommend buying this unless it is deeply discounted, that's the only way I would feel like you got your moneys worth.

This game is great! You get to tame animals! Great addition to the Far Cry series

Worst Far Cry I have played April 6, 2016 Phrobias from Michigan I'll start off by saying that I am a Far Cry series fan. I loved them, with Far Cry 4 one of my favorite games of all time. I completed the game three separate times, with the last play thru ending with 100% completion of the game and all of its collections, etc... So, I am very experienced with the Far Cry series and all of their progression throughout the years. What they did with Primal, is take away all the best parts of the Far Cry series and make it repetitive. You can no longer fly, drive, or shoot all the fun variety of weapons. Even the sneak system is not as well done. The weapons are just plain awful. Even after upgrading them all the way, and upgrading your skills all the way as well, they still suck. However, even with poor weapons, I can manage to complete the missions. Although, the missions are another story. I love taking over the enemy camps, just as I loved it in the previous games. It is very similar and still fun trying to find out a method to kill all the enemies and remain undetected. Calling in animals or riding a wooly mammoth is also fun. But, then, as soon as you take over a camp, you have a tribe mission that needs your help. Every time! There are WAY TOO MANY of these quests where your tribe members need help. You just start skipping them or you will never get any of the main quest completed. Also, the wild animals are ridiculous. ANY traveling of more than around 90 steps will lead to you encountering wild animals and having to fight through them or run around them. You will kill HUNDREDS of wild animals. This happens over and over and over and over and over. Extremely boring and repetitive. The collections needed to improve equipment or your village is straight forward and adds some gameplay value and fun but you will be done with all of it fairly quickly. Look, around 80% of this game is a complete grind of sub-missions. Where you perform the same missions over and over again. The main story line is only around 20% of the game. The main story line is good, but too short. Once the story quests are completed it is boring. I suggest go getting Far Cry 4 and skipping this one.

This was one of the best games I've ever played. It was a very good concept for them to come up with and the execution of that concept was great. There's hours of fun in this game and like most farcry games it's fairly simple to platinum so if you're in the market for a platinum trophy I highly recommend this game.

I went in to buy the new Far acrylic Primal and seen that they had set out copies that were first edition-pre-order that came with the bonus mammoth pack/mission. To say the least it was a great find and awesome that they have those out for people who couldn't pre-order it in time.

Far cry primal is a good entry to the franshise, the game is good and all, but i found it kinda repetitive..... Still got me entertained for good hours. I do recommend this tittle.

I usually like playing this when I wake up or just in a mod to relax. The animals you encounter hunt each other and fight over territory. Tracking down beasts & taming them is fun.

I will admit, I was nervous about the game being set in prehistoric times, but the gameplay was solid and lived up to the high standards established by the previous games in the series.

I like the idea of hunting animals in the stone age but it gets boring in middle of the game

Surprisingly very fun. At first I wasn't sure about it because I was so used to having a gun on my hip but this game is very addictive and very fun.

Great game lots of fun! Haven't finished the game yet but so far, 30% of the game completed, it's a very good game which exceeded my expectations.

it's difficult getting used to not having guns and or modern weapons but enjoyable never the less.

This was a quick installment of the Farcry series, but it was pretty awesome. I would buy it again.

The far cry series never seems to disappoint and is complete fun for fans of the open world genre.

What a gem. Fantastic single player game!! Deep and immersion, and the graphics are amazing too.
