This is a good Far Cry game, but it is not much different from its predecessors

I am a huge fan of Far Cry 4. Loved the game and played it completely through three times. This game is not even close to the enjoyment of its predecessor. The weapons you have available in Far Cry Primal are all terrible. I received no enjoyment out of any of them. Similarly, the quests seemed more redundant than the other Far Cry games with less rewards. I didn't even enjoy the boss battles. Controlling the animals was kind of enjoyable but the rest of this game was trash. They removed the best parts of Far Cry from Primal and turned it into a repetitive grind without a compelling story. Don't waste your money on this one. Go rent it for a weekend and you'll find out all you need about it. If you enjoy it after five or six hours of gameplay then think about buying it. To me, its just too much of the same thing over and over again.

While Far Cry: Primal attempts to create a unique style of gameplay from the rest of the series, it doesn't do so very well. The game seems tedious and disjointed from any story

I LOVED Farcry 4. Other than Fallout 4, it was my favorite game, ever. But Farcry Primal was a huge disappointment. The graphics aren't as good as Farcry 4, the color is off, it has an orange/red tint to it. (It's not my TV, my TV is new, huge, and HD, this is the same TV I play all of my other games on). The game has a horrible story, it's boring. The attacks are all the same, there is no mystery to it, everything is cheap and expected. Worst game I have spent money on this year. Don't waste yours.

I was a huge fan of Far Cry 3. Far Cry 4 not so much. Boring after the fist 2 hours. Too primitive for me.

Feels extremely similar to previous iterations. With that being said so far i am enjoying the game

Another great addition to the Far Cry series. Refreshing change to play with a bow and arrows than a gun and bullets.

It takes everything Far Cry and dumbs it down or takes it away. It was just freaking boring through and through. It might be worth ten bucks sale price just for a quick play through if you really like the genre. Much better games to spend your time and money on.

Far Cry Primal is an outstanding game set in an era not too often portrayed in video games.
