Great lens, poor customer support

If I wasn’t honest and just exchanged the item I would’ve gotten the right lens. And said I was charged $100 to repair it. This is with my total tech membership. That’s quite disappointing.

Now I have the money back but still checking and the lens not in stock. Better to buy it somewhere else , otherwise you will wait long … not good I guess they dont want to make sales.
