Excellent item! I got exactly what I expected and hoping for. An adorable, quality, entry level 50mm lens. I have used it quite a bit now and very much prefer it over yet kit lens I got with my camera, to the point that I will use it even when it's less convenient than my variable zoom lens.

Bought this Sony FE 50MM lens along with the 28MM as my first two lenses to use with my Sony A7R III. This lens is a great piece of glass for the price; sharp photos, nice bokeh, and very good in low light at F 1.8. Would definitely recommend.

Got it for mu new Sony and it is my go to lens even for portraits, kids, food, details

The 50mm focal length is really great for portraits especially with the F1.8. It'll get you those nice and blurry backgrounds, for photo I think the lens is worth the price, it does however tend to hunt for focus a bit and it is a little loud, but it should be fine for photo. i probably wouldn't recommend this for video though.

My go to portrait lens the bokeh is amazing it is decently sharp i highly recommend if you want to start or get into photography start with this it is a lesson within its self you havent done human photography if you dont own a portrait lens

great lense for the money my sony eye aout focus does not work with this lense dont know if is is me and a setting or not even without the auto eye focus the lens take amazing photos for the price of the lense

Amazing deal for a FE lens. This is the perfect travel sized lens for my set up. I usually run two massive lenses that can get heavy and costly if broken. This nifty fifty lens is the perfect prime lens to get any shot I need when I do not have my usual art lenses available.

It works perfectly, I like how light it's in my hands also make my camera less heavier.

The low f stop is crucial for those spectacular portraits and luckily this is at a great price point to get you feeling like a professional with your skills. The focus is quick and quiet and the shots will be clear.

Another lens to add to my Sony arsenal. In my quest to have a little bit of everything for my Sony 6600 this purchase made sense with quality, affordability, and functionality.

Everybody needs a Nifty Fifty! This is nice and sharp, f/1.8 is great, excellent addition for my a7iv after being Canon for so long.

AMAZING LENS! (I have Sony a7iii) This will give you that cinematic focal length with amazing blurry background ! Paired this up with a polarizer filter and it’s amazing. Bought the lens July of 2021 and came updated to version 3.0. I’d recommend updating if it’s not at least 3

Although little slower in Auto focus specially in Low light, images are Pretty Sharp and Bokeh is nice as well.

This lens is a do-all, I’ve been using this lens for about 3 months now, and I’ve shot every thing from couple shoots, to Santa pictures and it is yet to disappoint, combined with my A7RIII, it has been tack sharp images that my clients have absolutely loved!

This is a great lens for an immediate photographer. I disagree with the reviews on this lens. The only downfall is a little noise on auto focus, but it helps to take great pictures. A great price too. Worth every penny!

I mean... the F1.2 is $1.8k, super car ha had their picture taking by professional, this is great if you're an amateur

Great prime lens! I read and watched reviews of this lens and was a little weary of it. I was pleasantly surprised by it. One thing I will say that is a bummer is that the autofocus isnt as great as some of my other lenses. Wish it was a little faster but for $200 i really cant complain.

This was a great product! Came as advertised and does its job without any flaws. Perfect starter lens.
