    It’s a sharp lens, be aware of the autofocus though because it can sometimes take some time to get the right focus

    I recently acquired the Sony a7rii and was in search of glass. Others have suggested this lenses and eventhough I was looking for a wide, I figured I needed a portrait anyhow. In short, you can't beat the price for a f1.8. It's clean enough where you'd have to nitpick, but it does have its down side. It's rather slow to focus and quite loud while doing so. If you're in a jam and need a lens that won't break the bank, I'd say it's a good buy.
