    Great all purpose lens. If you can only afford to get one lens this would be the way to go for Sony. Not a fan for video use.

    The image quality when paired with my Sony A7ii is respectable. However, the auto-focus capability is dismal. It is adequate for static shots in bright light. When trying to capture a moving subject in AF-C, MANY of the shots will have missed focus. There is quite a bit of hunting as well in low light. I would skip this lens and save for a better 50 or 55mm lens.
