Not bad for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At this price range, you're bound to have to make some compromises. If you need a fast lens that's tack sharp, you will have a hard time finding anything cheaper than this one. Bear in mind that this lens doesn't have image stabilization so if your camera doesn't either, you'll want to use a tripod for most shots.

Love this lense!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently got into photography and was told to get this lense if I wanted those high end shots that have a lot of blur in the background. Instantly I could tell how much nicer my shots were with this camera, makes an amateur look like they know what they’re doing.

Cheap lens
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Actually purchased by mistake for my apsc camera. Did not realize it was both full frame as well as without oss. It was on sale though so thought would work well... I'd recommend the apsc version over this though this will still work on your apsc camera. The oss isn't as important when taking photos but for video makes a huge difference.

Great choice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am please with my purchase of this lens . Took it out for A photo shoot And found it to reach my expectations compared with another camera and was impressed with it’s performance at the same shoot. The camera And lens I use was a Nikon D7000 with a 50mm lens .

Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this thinking ‘ok it’s smaller than my current lens but should still do the job’. In my opinion that was not the case ended up switching back to my larger lens and returning this one. You can’t even do a minor zoom-in/out to help get the whole frame of the picture.

My Go-To
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased an A7iii and got this one alongside it. It's a stunning lens, super quick autofocus, and a bang for your buck. Highly recommend this going in your kit, especially when making the switch to Sony.
