I bought this lens for my Sony A7II to work mostly as my portrait lens. I wound up using it for general photography as well. Results have been magnificent. This lens has very low or zero distortion at the edges, color aberration is extremely low and unnoticeable, focusing is excellent, and works extremely well with all the camera features.

Crisp clear lens with small DoF. Good Autofocus response.

Great lens, the bokeh is nice on it. Autofocus is greet but isn’t as good as my other Sony native lenses. It struggles a little more. Looks beautiful though!

At this price, this lens lives up to all the hype. This is one of the best portrait lenses out there. I have rented the Batis and G Master. If you have decent photography skill, this lens will step your portrait game way up. I love shooting it on the A7RII and my A6300. Great lens!!!

It is a bit bigger than it should be in my opinion, but it can produce a very good image and the Bokeh quality is just fine. My problem is with the dirt on the sensor issue in the Sony aR7 iii.

This lens is awesome. It takes amazing photos allowing you to zoom in on a specific area so that, that part of the picture is what is clear and everything else is minimally blurred for effect. Awesome panoramics too.

This is a must-have lens for anyone with a Sony Alpha series camera. I love this lens so much, I don't waste any time thinking about which lens to use on a photo shoot. This is the one!

Love this lens. Takes beautiful photos using the Sony a6000. I got a sharp focus eye in low light while shooting wide open, no flash, ISO 100 and 1/4000sec.

Great, reasonably priced portrait lens for Sony full frame mirrorless cameras. Minimum focus distance is fairly far, so definitely don’t try using this for any macro work, but it’s outstanding for portraits.

It is an excellent lens very fast and above all to take pictures in low light conditions
