    This lens works very well for things/people that are far away. I purchased it to take photos from the stands of my boys playing hockey. It does an amazing job! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a great lens, but the limitation is you can't use it for any close photos. It is a very expensive lens for being used primarily for only 1 purpose. Wish it was a little more versatile.

    This is the best 85mm budget lens you can buy! Very close to the g master quality and over less than half of the price

    This lens is probably my most used lens in my bag super sharp really nice background bokeh for the money you get a lens in my opinion almost if not as good as the gm
