So far performing very well. In use for 2 weeks. No jamming and eats through staples and credit cards.

Perfect shredder for household use, helps keep junkmail and old documents from piling up....use to tear em up by hand, much better with this strong shredder now

I've had several shredders that I've had to return to stores after only a few uses. This one has chugged along, dutifully chopping up paper, credit cards, etc. - just as promised. I was dubious before buying this, but I'm glad I know have a dependable office shredder on hand.

Needed to replace old shredder. This one was cheap and does a good job.

First time purchasing a paper shredder, I like that it's able to shred multiple sheets at one time. Also love that it shredded my credit cards with ease. If you do use it for an extended period of time at one sitting, it does get warm and will temporarily shut down to cool off. After letting it rest for a little bit, it was ready to shred again. Highly recommend.

I think this is great shredder, I had a different brand and I must say this is far better. It's also so quiet.

For the price we paid, it could not be any better. Like the way it works and it feels strong!

It is not too bulky and does not take up much of space. It is does not make much noise.

Replaced a shredder with this. Does very well shredding. We had a lot of paper to shred from mother's house. It does need to cool down for awhile.

I have found that shredders under $150 are not very useful. Too slow. Too easily jam. Only run a short amount of time before overheating. Containers are too small. Spend extra and get a professional grade shredder. You may need to spend $300+

The shredder works well....only 4 stars due to the fact that you have to lift the entire shredder top off the waste basket in order to empty. Would have preferred the slide out waste basket style...but again, good product for the price point.

This shredder tips if accidentally bump it. Then all the shredded paper falls out of the bin. It's "top heavy", really making it not practical.

I have done multiple sheets as well as credit cards without issues. The run time is sufficient for me needs. Good purchase for my needs.

I like the shredder. The only problem is the basket could be a bit taller.

Previous shredder emptying process (even when it was not full) resulted in shredded paper mess to clean up. This one is easier to dump without spillage.

For the money, you cannot beat this paper shredder. Works as advertised!
