Fresh is better

Works well

After deboning the front shoulders of a deer I used the larger grinder blade to run 6 pounds of meat through. I placed the cool meat in the freezer for about 10 mins prior to grinding, this helped a lot. I had to stop and clean the grinder as it got clogged twice, I was going slow with the quantity of meat being added. I placed the smaller grinder blade on and ran the meat through again with no problems.
