    Bought this to use in conjunction with the seed strainer and processor. Very happy, made about 20 gallons of home made tomato sauce this year. Have used it to grind some meat for sausages too. It performed exactly as I expected and was certainly up to the job. I had to run the tomatoes through a couple times to get them dry like my grandmother's used to do.

    I like making my own ground meat for hamburgers, since I can put in the trim from cuts I know and not rely on pre-ground product in the store from unknown sources. I'm also looking forward to learning the art of sausage-making. Full disclosure: I bought this for next-to-nothing on a close-out at my local Best Buy.

    We grind chicken all the time and it is the best. It is very easy to use and clean and makes saving on ground chicken very easy. I found out in advance that nuts are not good to grind in this product but cheeses work well.
