An average Final Fantasy game

Worth it if you have the itch

Lots of FF games being remastered. Had the itch to get them all but wasn't willing to pay a lot for them. Happy to have got this game new for $20. Nostsic feeling playing it again. I'm happy with how they remastered this version.

It is a little unresponsive and feels like a psp game, even though they updated the graphics. However, if you can get it for $15 and or less it is worth it.

Slightly different

Story line wasn't as great and graphics well forget about it more of a vita/PS3 graphic. The fighting was probably the best out of the game since it enabled you to play multiple characters all with different styles and abilities.

It's nothing like any Final Fantasy games before it. Not turn-based. It's action-based combat. You physically move and attack with certain buttons. Can get pretty fast-paced. The strangest part about this game is that the introductory period they throw you into to get you used to the controls is not really fun at all. It's a stripped-down version of what to expect. If you can slog through it, the rest of the game opens up and is much more fun. Very odd because it's usually the opposite for most games. I have to admit, I kind of like the game. I got distracted by another game and haven't picked this back up. Maybe one day...
