The game itself is amazing and I highly recommend it. But when I received it from in the mail the game case was shattered and the disc was just flopping around inside. Good to know that they don't treat these games with any care.

This game was everything I had hoped for and more. The amount of care the developers have put into this game to offer something that old and new fans alike can enjoy is incredible.

This Deluxe Edition is more than a worthy successor to Final Fantasy 7 Remake’s Deluxe and has far more value for the dollar when compared to 16’s Deluxe. The art book is surprisingly hefty and the soundtrack is held within a jewel case this time versus the slip cover that came with Remake’s Deluxe

Ff7 Rebirth open worlds bio domes are breath taken. I found myself stop and taking in the sights. The battle system is an upgrade but I found myself still trying to figure out how trigger the synergy abilities. (I think its just me) If you are fan or not of final fantasy 7 this is a must play

Square continues to do a fantastic job "remaking" Final Fantasy VII. There are so many twists and turns that it feels suspenseful whether you've played the original or not. As a fan of the PS1 game, I'm grateful that they found a way to let me play FFVII for the first time all over again.

Pre ordered the deluxe edition and everything arrived on release day and both steelbooks look amazing. Best Buy is the only retailer I trust at this point when it comes to gaming. The fame has been perfect so far, this is easily the best game out right now and probably the rest of the year.

This is it - this game is the easiest 10 out of 10, 5 out of 5 game a Final Fantasy fan could ask for if they grew up playing the PS1 era FF titles. This game was so full of content that it takes about a week or so fully delving into every nook and cranny the game has to offer, etc.

I am only halfway through the game but it has exceed every expectation I had! They put so much care and detail into this game! I’m stopping all the time to just look around at the scenery or take pictures. Everything about the original story is there and more! 100% recommend

Solid homage to a classic with a smooth and modern combat system. Rebirth has some improvements to remakes issues in combat making certain characters significantly less frustrating to use. A seemingly endless amount of mini games throughout the game to give you some breaks from the main beat of the game, though most are optional to do anything more than trying then once. Story telling us solid throughout, the only real issue I have is some of the optional content is pretty boring. That said a lot of the optional protorelic quests are fun.

I have been a fan of Final Fantasy since the first. This installment is a true complement to not only the intent of the original, but the spirit and well worth the time effort and funds put into it. I haven't even finished it yet and can still call it awesome.

There are layers upon layers of game mechanics that are so masterfully crafted together . While remake was a great nostalgic trip , this one builds on it with the addition of modern game mechanics . I feel like casual as well as hardcore gamers will love the flexibility . The pacing of the story is much more digestible as well . Don't think one necessary needs to be a big RPG fan to enjoy. That said you can set it up like a hack'n slash , but you can also pause temporarily to access items and spells like the good ol days . Also introduces minor Far Cry elements that don't overshadow the game . As far as traversal issues others have described , old time RPG fans will be surprised how flexible movement is . An absolute masterpiece..... Now just bring back the ability to max all summons to bring to another battle , to unleash on harder bosses . Or don't , but I loved that in the old version of the game .

Amazing game and worth the wait, worth the hype! This is part 2 of 3 games but each game is a full game with many hours. This entry has 100 hours or more of content and is a big world to see. Fans of FFVII will not be disappointed.

Was pleased with on time arrival and product in good condition. Only complaint is there was no packaging filler, so the game was rattling loose in the box. Luckily no scuffing or damage this time.

Its very rare that you can get the deluxe edition after launch, and thats exactly what happened with my purchase. Was able to getbthe deluxe edition with the steelbook and art work. and for a collector, this is absolutely a great bundle. 10/10

Great game with wonderful, nostalgic gameplay. My first play through doing everything took 160+ hours. New mechanics, synergy skills & abilities & new materia. The extras are very nice & good quality. If you’re a FFVII fan go for it.

Best buy likes to lure you in with pre order bonuses, then sweeps the carpet from beneath your feet, which honestly, is rather poor practice. The truth is, I didn't get my pre-ordered bonuses, and I preordered the game the day it became available (or shortly afterwards). I reached out to best buy to complain, but they gave me the same rehashed phrase, "Oh it won't happen again". Don't give me your excuses, instead, how about you give me your word... Also, this game is great. The lower score is due to best buy failing to meet the customer's need.
