This game is awesome so far, ive put about 30 hours into it so far and while there are differences than the original FFVII, I think it is for the better and not worse.

The game is amazing. The process to get it has been a nightmare. My pre-order was canceled due to an “internal error.” I was emailed after pre-ordering again assuring me the additional steelbook was going to be included in my new pre-order. I called customer service to make sure my bonuses were included, and they confirmed it. I was greeted by another email saying my steelbook was canceled. I reached out to customer service and their response was less than satisfactory because they didn’t even know what was going on. A company this big shouldn’t struggle with the magnitude of these game pre-orders. You shouldn’t offer pre-order bonuses if you lack the capabilities. I have been doing business with Best Buy for a long time. This might be the last. The biggest reason I pre-ordered from BB was the additional steelbook. I wouldn’t pre-order anything from Best Buy. Buyer beware.

Awesome game, the steel collector box looks amazing, and the cloth map looks great as well. I wish their was a larger stock so I didn't have to travel so far, but I understand limited quantities

Final fantasy is easily one of my favorite rpg games. My product can on time though it’s a shame I didn’t get the steel book as a preorder bonus.

Managed to snag one of these bad boys the night of the release, so happy to have it! Missed on the extra steelbook but having the deluxe edition is a win still!

Been a long time FF7 fan, this game hits all the nostalgia! must buy for any Final Fantasy fan. The extra stuff that came with my purchase was also a knock out!

A wholesale improvement over Remake. Great gameplay, world design and character work. The ending was flubbed a bit, but it's still an amazing game.

Amazing game. A fresh retelling of an old classixc. Definitely a game many FF fans can enjoy!

The game is phenomenal. I beat it in a week and put over 100+ hours into it already. Its a ton of fun to get to spend time with the characters.

Game and associated items (steelbook) arrived right on time. The packaging for shipling was secure and neat. The game itself is a masterpiece.

Pre ordered my copy of dd7 rebirth deluxe edition and first it arrives 3 days late horibly packaged and there was damage on the item do to no packaging material used and to top it off the pre order bonus exclusive of the steel case disnt come in i contacted customer service and was told that pre order bobuses are not a guarantee i told them then why advertise ir then i only pirchased it on best buy cus kf the pre order bonus and instead of working with they hanged up the phone i called again and explained to them the situation only to be told the same and as soon as i asked tgen why advertise and send me an email saying it will be on its way that is deceiptfull and false advertisibg so they hang ul the pgone again i will never be purchasing anything from best buy again horrible cystomer service

One of the best rpg games ever made. Spent 100+ hours in the story!
